Wireless Telemetry Solution for Agricultural Tools

Proof-of-Concept in 10 Weeks

Overview

A commercial agriculture manufacturer hired us to develop a telemetry system and mobile data display so they and their customers could have live and connected insights to the performance and health of their assets.

Solution

The solution uses a microcontroller and a harness of sensors to monitor motor speed, alert of clutch slip, oil temp and oil level. The data is passed via bluetooth to a tablet device then to a cloud database for executive review. 

Results

The system was developed in under 10 weeks and provided the manufacturer a functioning pilot prototype with which to jumpstart internal development.
